The BBS RT88 wheel is a motorsport-derived design engineered to combine authentic racing heritage with the durability required for modern high-performance road vehicles. Developed through close collaboration between BBS Motorsport teams in Germany and the United States, the RT88 adapts the engineering philosophy and iconic styling of the legendary BBS E88 race wheel into a configuration suitable for both daily driving and demanding track-day use.

This version features the distinctive Black Bright Diamond Cut finish, combining a deep black base with precisely machined diamond-cut surfaces that emphasize the classic motorsport mesh pattern. The finish enhances visual contrast while maintaining the premium quality and durability expected from BBS forged wheels.

The wheel integrates a forged multi-spoke center inspired by the E88 together with a high-strength forged barrel derived from the BBS LM wheel program developed in Japan. This advanced construction increases structural rigidity while reducing unsprung mass, improving steering accuracy, suspension response, and overall driving dynamics. Unlike dedicated racing wheels, the RT88 incorporates durable street-ready coatings and improved air retention to ensure reliable long-term performance.
